Reporting a child's absence due to illness
When you child returns to school a letter confirming your child's absence should be sent to the school office.
Should your child have an early morning doctor, dentist or hospital appointment a message can be left on this number. A copy of any relevant letters will need to be given to the school office.
Unfortunately, if we receive no information explaining your child's absence their time away from school will be marked as unauthorised.
For all other absences, a 'Request for Term Time Absence Form' should be completed. These can be obtained from the school office or click on the link to the right to download.
